Onboarding and infrastructure
Assess architecture, hosting, access, dependencies, documentation, recovery and current operational risk.
Manage
Synbuild can take technical responsibility for an existing application or website—or continue with a system we delivered—so it remains reliable, measurable, secure and capable of improving from real use.
Operate with explicit responsibility
Measure reliability and real use
Learn from evidence and feedback
Improve the system deliberately
Technical responsibility
Assess architecture, hosting, access, dependencies, documentation, recovery and current operational risk.
Define safe release paths, change responsibility, incident handling and escalation.
Observe availability, errors, performance, usage, model behaviour and meaningful business outcomes.
Agree backup verification, updates, vulnerability response, access and continuity responsibilities.
Improve speed, resilience, crawlability and the technical foundation of websites and applications.
Maintain connected systems and deliver evidence-led changes without losing operational context.
The operating learning loop
Actual use produces the evidence needed for better decisions and deliberate system changes. Telemetry alone is not learning: measures must be interpreted with users, operational context and responsible human judgement.
Run
Observe performance, outcomes, exceptions and how people interact with the system, combining reliability, usage, feedback, incidents and model performance without measuring everything by default.
Learn
Review reliability, failure patterns, feedback and whether the system still supports the intended decision.
Improve
Prioritise a justified process, interface, rule, integration, automation or governance change, then measure whether it became better.
Data and models
Often a clearer process, deterministic rule, better data or simpler interface is the strongest change. Machine-learning models or neural networks become relevant only when the task, data volume, data quality and evaluation method justify them—and when human control remains appropriate.
Managed engagement
Name the systems, environments, integrations and responsibilities included and excluded.
Agree service indicators, telemetry, reporting and the outcomes that matter.
Define availability, response, maintenance, recovery and escalation expectations in proportion to risk.
Managed pricing follows technical onboarding and scoping rather than an assumed generic SLA.
Bring the application, website or platform and the responsibilities you want to make explicit. We will first scope the technical state, risks and service levels.
